Warm. Maple. Syrup.

Just enough sweet and all the flavor that will leave you sopping up every last drop from your plate.

If you’re looking to up your breakfast ante, this my friends is the place to start.

But Karina, maple syrup comes from trees, you say. Well, you’re absolutely right. But growing up on this homemade syrup recipe has me spoiled. The “real stuff” is more sap and less sweet than I prefer.

And that plastic bottled imposter doesn’t even compare.

Trust me. Make this recipe once and you will be hooked.

Measure & Stir

Ssssh, this time-tested recipe that has been handed down through the generations actually came from my mom’s home ec class…when they still called it that.

This is that simple of a recipe. Measure your ingredients, stir, boil, stir again and you have pure maple syrup magic.

And if you need the perfect waffle recipe to accompany this amazing syrup, we’ve got one HERE for you.
